Run for Chinatown Presents: RICE, RICE, BABY

RICE, RICE, BABY is a marathon prep event for runners who want to build confidence ahead of their race and deepen their understanding of the nutritional power of culturally familiar Asian foods. During this event we hope to:

  • Provide information about the nutritional benefits of foods that are culturally familiar to Asian marathoners through a nutrition seminar hosted by Eling Tsai MPH, RD, CDN;

  • Boost the confidence of marathon runners by providing insights and resources on what to expect for their upcoming race through the wisdom of Run Coach Kai Ng, USATF and RRCA Level I and II certified running coach; and

  • Provide an inclusive space for runners to partake in an Asian meal together, ask questions, share experiences, and learn about mindful eating.

See you there!
