When Chinatown was struggling during the pandemic, fourth-generation resident, Leland Yu, started @runforchinatown, infusing his passion for running with community advocacy. He ran 60 miles over 12 hours, and has since raised over $65,000 to help keep neighborhood workers and businesses afloat.
